Pepti AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and safeguard your information when you use the Pepti AI mobile application and related services.
Account Information
Information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, such as your name or email address.
Peptide Tracking Data
Information you enter about your peptide stacks, dosages, schedules, and personal notes. This data is provided voluntarily and is used solely to power the App's tracking and suggestion features.
Photos & Visualisation Data
Photos you voluntarily upload or capture within the App. These images are sent to third-party AI services (Anthropic and FAL AI) to generate personalized recommendations and speculative visualizations. Images are not used for biometric identification. See Section 7 for details on third-party data sharing.
Device & Usage Information
Information about your device (model, operating system, app version) and usage data (features used, session duration), collected to improve app functionality and stability.

Pepti AI does not perform biometric identification, facial recognition, or identity verification. We do not create biometric identifiers or templates.
Your data is not used for advertising, tracking, profiling, or AI model training.
Peptide tracking data you enter into the App may be considered health-related information. We treat all such data with the highest level of care. However, Pepti AI is not a healthcare provider and the App is not a medical device. Data entered into the App should not be considered a medical record.
Before any data is sent to third-party AI services, the app requests your explicit consent and clearly explains what data will be shared and with whom. Photos are processed only after you provide this consent. Peptide data is stored only when you actively enter it.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time within the App.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards consistent with Apple's security and privacy standards.
To provide personalized peptide recommendations and AI-powered visualizations, certain data is transmitted to the following third-party AI service providers:
Anthropic (Claude AI)
Your photo and profile information (age, gender, fitness level, goals, health conditions, and budget) are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized peptide stack recommendations. Anthropic processes this data solely to return your results and does not retain or use it for model training.
FAL AI
Your photo is sent to FAL AI to generate speculative transformation visualizations. FAL AI processes images solely to produce the requested output and does not retain your images after processing.
Data is shared with these providers only after you provide explicit consent within the app. Your data is not used by these providers for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.
Pepti AI does not sell, rent, or share your personal data or health-related data for marketing purposes.
All third-party providers are required to maintain data protection standards equal to or greater than those described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Pepti AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
